Ningbo Jingce Technology specializes in industrial precision measurement equipment repair, inspection, and technical support services, covering three major international brands — Renishaw, Marposs, and Blum-Novotest — including their probes, tool setters, and laser measurement systems.
Scope of Services
Precision Measurement Equipment Repair
- Touch Trigger Probe Repair: OMP60, RMP60, MP250, RMP400, RMP600, and all models of LP2/LP2H hard-wired probes
- Tool Setter Repair: TS27R, TS34, OTS, RTS, LTS, and other contact and laser tool setters
- Laser Measurement System Repair: Optical component calibration for laser tool setters
- Interface & Transmission Module Repair: RMI-Q, OMI-2, HSI, MI 8-4, and other wireless/optical/hard-wired interface units
Maintenance Services
- Probe seal replacement, full-unit cleaning, and anti-corrosion treatment
- Battery compartment and optical window cleaning and maintenance
- Cable and connector assembly inspection and replacement
Technical Consulting & Support
- Probe selection and system integration solution recommendations
- Macro program programming technical support (Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Heidenhain, Okuma, Fagor, and other control systems)
- Tool setting accuracy and measurement repeatability troubleshooting
- Laser interferometer machine tool calibration services
- On-site technical support and training
Service Process

Step 2: Ship the Equipment

Step 3: Free Inspection
Upon receipt, we perform a complimentary inspection and issue an inspection report with repair recommendations. If the equipment cannot be repaired due to being beyond economical repair, excessive repair costs, or unavailable replacement parts, the customer may have the equipment returned at no charge.
Step 4: Solution & Quote
A detailed repair plan and quotation are provided based on the inspection results. Repairs commence upon customer confirmation.
Step 5: Repair & Testing
After repair completion, no fewer than two rounds of precision verification are conducted to ensure all specifications meet factory standards.
Step 6: Return Delivery
The equipment is delivered and shipped back to the customer.
Warranty Commitment

Warranty Terms:
- The warranty period begins from the date the customer signs for receipt of the equipment
- Issues covered under warranty during the warranty period: return shipping for repair is free of labor charges (customer pays one-way shipping)
- The warranty does not cover faults caused by improper operation, accidental impact, water/corrosion damage, unauthorized disassembly, or other abnormal use conditions
- Does not cover normal wear items such as broken styli, probe tip wear, damaged cables, or seal aging
- Does not cover equipment that has been disassembled or repaired by unauthorized third parties
